ABOUT

ME!

I'm currently in my fourth year studying at The University of Cincinnati with a major in International Affairs and Political Sciences and certificate in War, Peace, and Security. Since moving to Cincinnati in 2018, I have joined the Navigators, a Christian organization on campus;  Kappa Delta sorority; and Bearcat Buddies, a volunteer organization for college kids tutoring elementary school students.  I have also been an Honors Ambassador working to recruit potential students to the program.

Before coming to Cincinnati, I spent 18 years just south of Cleveland, Ohio in Medina, Ohio. Much of my time was spent at a pool and those times  have helped shape me into who I am today. My most impactful experience have been the past three summers as I served as the head coach of the summer swim team I have volunteered for over the last seven years. Through holding this position I improved my communication skills as both a coach and through email correspondence with parents and my problem solving skills and adaptability through putting lineups together and changing them.

Another important piece to my story is my time as a debater in high school. Through competing in primarily Public Forum debate (but with occasional competitions as a Lincoln Douglas debater) I gained an appreciation for contemporary topics around the world and law as a whole, fueling my motivation for my major and career choice.
